The Congressional Record Daily Digest summarizes floor and committee actions in the Senate and the House of Representatives, and provides page references to those actions. It is the last section in each edition of the Congressional Record and serves as an index to that day's proceedings.
The Congressional Record is the official record of the proceedings and debates of the United States Congress. It is published daily when Congress is in session. The Congressional Record began publication in 1873 and is still published today.
