The Code of Federal Regulations Title 33 contains the codified United States Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to navigation, flood control, and water resources for the navigable waters in and around the United States, including the Everglades. Covers drinking water policies, aquatic plant control, dumping, dredging, wreck removal, and Federal involvement in the engineering, maintenance and flood control of seaways, levees, canals, dams, rivers, lakes and so on.

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 34 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to education and national educational regulations, policy and programs, from elementary to postsecondary education, adult and vocational eduction, rehabilitative and special education, bilingual education (ESOL), and literacy.

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 35 is a reserved title that currently contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to the Panama Canal as well as Government  agencies and employees, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

 

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 36 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to national parks, forests, landmarks, monuments, memorials and other Federally-controlled public property including those overseen by the Smithsonian Institution, the Library of Congress, the Army Corps of Engineers and the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) and various boards and trusts. Includes regulations pertaining to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation as well as architectural and transportation barriers.

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 37 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to patents, trademarks, copyrights, and national standards.

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 38 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to military veterans' relief, pensions and bonuses.

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 39 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to the U.S. Postal Service and postal regulatory system.

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 4 contains the codified Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to the Federal Government accounts and accountability.

 

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 40 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to environmental protection.

 

The Code of Federal Regulations Title 41 contains the codified U.S. Federal laws and regulations that are in effect as of the date of the publication pertaining to Federal property management and public contracts. Includes Federal travel regulations.
