Crime and terrorist activity are an ever- present threat to our Nation. Therefore, when it comes to national security, it is vital that the men and women of our national intelligence community collect reliable domestic and foreign intelligence information involving criminal, clandestine and warlike activity. To help you learn more about the importance of domestic, national and foreign intelligence gathering, the U.S. Government Pulishing Office (GPO) offers the following publications focusing on intelligence and espionage.

The updated Legal Training Handbook is an essential reference for the law enforcement and intelligence community personnel that chase down criminal activity.   Other legal guidance available to this group include the FCPA: A Resource Guide to the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices ActBank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Examination Manual, and more can be found in our Ethics & Code of Conduct resources collection.
